  • Development construction has begun on the entrance at Hwy 162! Work will include: Oak lined divided roadway with planted median and a gated, guardhouse entry leading to canal bridge.

  • Longleaf Estate Dr to be completed immediately after paving of entrance.

  • SCE&G electrical services have begun for select lots and will be completed for any other lot as soon as building permits are applied for by the purchaser.

  • All development work should be completed within 7 months of the official start date (see Buyback Agreement).

  • Contracts are being accepted for Phase 1 Lots under the current price structure. A 1% deposit is required at the time a contract is submitted.

  • Lots for Phase 1 were recorded in May 2009. Tax map numbers have been issued and septic permits approved for the 32 lots (Phase 1) which are now eligible to be sold.

  • Construction of Longleaf Equestrian Center will begin immediately after the 5th lot closes. Bids have been submitted for the barn, arena and park.

  • The 14 lots under Phase 2 will be eligible to be sold when the road work has been completed for Pelham Ct and Foxchase Ln.

  • We have residential listings posted for pre-construction! We have excellent lending programs, so please call for details.
