Development
construction has begun on the entrance at Hwy
162! Work will include: Oak lined divided
roadway with planted median and a gated,
guardhouse entry leading to canal bridge.

Longleaf Estate
Dr to be completed immediately after paving of
entrance.

SCE&G electrical
services have begun for select lots and will be
completed for any other lot as soon as building
permits are applied for by the purchaser.

All development
work should be completed within 7 months of the
official start date (see Buyback Agreement).

Contracts are
being accepted for Phase 1 Lots under the
current price structure. A 1% deposit is
required at the time a contract is submitted.

Lots for Phase 1
were recorded in May 2009. Tax map numbers have
been issued and septic permits approved for the
32 lots (Phase 1) which are now eligible to be
sold.

Construction of
Longleaf Equestrian Center will begin
immediately after the 5th lot closes. Bids have
been submitted for the barn, arena and park.

The 14 lots under
Phase 2 will be eligible to be sold when the
road work has been completed for Pelham Ct and
Foxchase Ln.
